Our Approach Is All About You

We Have Two Health Programs To Get You Started

Get started with the Center For Precision Medicine with either of our two health programs. Not sure which is for you or perhaps you have needs in both? No problem, we’ll work with you to customize your health routines based upon your individual needs.

Wellness Program

Our Wellness Program is for individuals that are healthy and want to stay healthy. We look at your susceptibility to particular diseases and develop a therapy that is customized to your own needs and lifestyle.

  • Natural hormone replacement
  • GI Health
  • Prevention of memory loss
  • Prevention of heart disease
  • Personalized nutritional therapies
  • Comprehensive sports medicine

Health Maintenance Program

Our Health Maintenance Program is for patients that have a medical diagnosis but want an individualized approach to their health care and not a one-size-fits-all treatment. We specialize in the following diseases:

  • Menopause
  • PMS
  • PCOS
  • Andropause (loss of male hormones)
  • Cortisol abnormalities
  • Menstrual disorders
  • Migraine headaches
  • Autoimmune disorders: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Grave’s disease, and all other autoimmune diseases
  • Heart disease: hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol), coronary heart disease, hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Neurological disorders: multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, peripheral neuropathy, lupus, to name a few.
  • Memory loss (all types)
  • Toxic metals
  • GI diseases: Irritable bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, GERD
  • Mitochondrial disorders: chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia
  • Weight management
  • Skin disorders: atopic dermatitis, rosacea, acne, psoriasis
  • COVID-19 long-hauler syndrome
  • Nutritional depletions caused by medication

  • Toxic mold syndrome
  • Erectile dysfunction
  • Adjunct cancer therapies
  • ADD/ADHD
  • Allergies
  • Anxiety and/or depression
  • Insulin resistance/diabetes
  • Hair loss
  • Chronic Epstein-Barr disorder
  • Rheumatological disorders: rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis

Are You Ready To Find the Root Cause of Your Symptoms?

A Full Range of Testing Is Used To Get to the Cause of the Problem

Hormone testing by saliva for both men and women of all ages. Salivary testing of hormones is the optimal method of testing your hormonal status to keep you healthy, to determine therapies for PMS, PCOS, peri-menopause, menopause, and andropause (male menopause).

Adrenal testing by saliva. Salivary testing is the gold standard for testing your stress hormones DHEA and cortisol.

Amino acids are important in many different clinical conditions since they are building blocks that form proteins. Amino acids are divided into three categories: essential, non-essential, and conditionally essential. This test will determine if you have an amino acid deficiency which increases your risk of developing: anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), PMS, panic attacks, neurological disorders, ADHD, fibromyalgia, depression, food sensitivities, and other diseases.

Fatty acids testing reflects the intake and metabolism of essential fatty acids which are relevant to many processes including inflammatory balance, cell membrane fluidity, and cell signaling. This assessment helps to determine appropriate nutritional interventions to correct essential fatty acid imbalances that may occur in bone loss, anxiety and/or depression, neurological diseases, chronic inflammatory disorders, cancer, skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis, PCOS, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases.

Vitamin testing examines your personal nutritional status according to your own individual biomarkers.

GI dysfunction testing is a comprehensive assessment of complete gut health. If your gut is not healthy, you are not healthy. Seventy percent of your immune system is made in the GI tract. Your gut also makes some of your neurotransmitters along with nutrients. In addition, it produces and metabolizes some of your hormones.

Methylation testing is one of the most important tests you want to have done. Methylation is a chemical process that happens billions of times per second in every cell of your body. Methyl groups act like billions of switches which turn genes on or off, help regulate mood, detoxify hormones, produce energy, and promote healthy aging. Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids from the diet are needed to keep this process running smoothly. There are also genetic factors and oxidative stressors which can affect how well this pathway works. Methylation defects have been associated with many clinical conditions including cancer, autism, ADHD, cognitive decline, depression, and osteoporosis.

Toxic element testing/heavy metal testing provides a window into short-term exposure to various toxins such as mercury, lead, cadmium, and arsenic.

Lyme testing offered in our practice is the most accurate testing available to detect Lyme disease. This test can also evaluate you for Tick-Borne Relapsing Fever, Bartonellosis, Babesiosis, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, and Rickettsiosis.

Toxic mold testing (mycotoxin testing) is a urine test. Mycotoxins have been shown to be associated with many disease processes such as Parkinson’s disease, chronic fatigue, and depression.

Genetic testing evaluates your potential for developing various disease processes.

Organic acid testing is a functional nutritional assessment of urinary organic acids which are a broad class of compounds formed during metabolic processes in your body. Metabolic reactions produce carboxylic acid compounds derived from the digestion of dietary protein, carbohydrates, and fats. The resulting organic acids are used by the body to generate cellular energy and provide many of the building blocks necessary for cell function. Organic acids are also made from gut microbiome metabolism, neurotransmitter metabolism, and during detoxification. Consequently, this test provides insight into many areas of your body that may need support including energy and mitochondrial markers.

Iodine testing measures the amount of iodine in your body. Up to 72% of the world’s population is affected by an iodine deficiency disorder. Iodine is needed for the production of thyroid hormones which regulate many of the functions in your body.

Hormone metabolism testing examines how your sex hormones are broken down in the body which helps to determine your risk of developing hormonally related cancers such as breast, prostate, ovarian, and uterine cancer.

Oxidative stress testing examines markers that indicate problems in the two key areas of antioxidant capacity and oxidative damage which are related to many major diseases.

Neurotransmitter testing evaluates the level of your neurotransmitters including but not limited to: epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, GABA, dopamine, and histamine. Common conditions associated with neurotransmitter dysregulation include: sleep disturbances, PMS, PCOS, ADD/ADHD, OCD, migraine headaches, anxiety, depression, brain fog, and chronic fatigue.
